Hotel staff poor english language

It is reasonably priced and comfortable. Close enough by taxi (5-10mins) to the Chimelong Resort. Supermarket opposite, bank next door and some fast food restaurants near by.

Sometimes difficulty with language and smoky lobby (expected in China)

First, the value for money was outstanding - we paid a very reasonable price for a spacious and well-decorated room. Second, the location was incredibly convenient, being close to the Guangzhou South train station. Finally, the staff was extremely helpful, despite their limited English skills. They went out of their way to ensure our comfort and even offered assistance with local recommendations. the hotel provided basic amenities and great facilities, including a stocked mini-bar and a wonderful breakfast experience.

All was fine.

The staff who checked us in didn't inform us any information about the room or any introduction of the room and the hotel, just like breakfast time and location! He even didn't ask us any preference of room we need as simple as smoking preference! So unprofessional! Not proactive to help and low passion! Poor!

cleaniliness,modern rooms and close to covenience store and foods.hotel also provide shuttle bus the canton fair which is very convenient although the shuttle bus needs to be more on time.it was approx 15 min late due to waiting for other hotel guests.

The location of this hotel is convenient as it is close to the South Railway Station and the G Train Station. The staff is helpful and fluent in English. The rooms are clean and spacious, equipped with a fridge, kettle, and safe. The hotel provides a shuttle bus to the Canton Fair, making it the perfect option for business travelers.

The breakfast is limited to Chinese cuisine and might not suit the taste of every traveler.

very bad breakfast. very far from city/ very bad location. taxi driver not aware with address. i never suggest to friend for stay. price is high compare to other 4-star hotel in main city area. no item tag on breakfast for veg or non-veg. create awareness at all level

after paying 600CNY huge charge we feel hotel cheat us and tired with ground staff. Anyone can smoke anywhere in hotel and very bad food quality. compare to charge i take very bad service by all way.

The location near Guangzhou South train station was a major advantage for us, allowing us easy access to transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful, despite their limited English proficiency. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety and quality of the breakfast options available.

All aspects of our stay were satisfactory.

furniture is new, the room is big (i stayed in executive room ), there is grocerry, bakery, and lots of shops next to the hotel

the toilet have smile in most of the hotel rooms i think they have sewage problem, i faced comunication problem as 97% of the staff not speak english except 3 or 4, hotel is too far from bejing road (market area) about 1 50 minutes, not have baby cot

1- one of the hotel staff with know nothing about the customer rights and how to deal with the customer e.g. no one can tell the customer I don't believe you even if you are 100% sure that is unbelievable thing and the other thing the location is too far away from everything

The hotel rooms were dirty and in need of repair. The carpets were dusty and the bathroom had evidence of previous guests.

The hotel is located near the Guangzhou South train station, making it very convenient for travelers who are taking the train. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and the hotel facilities were modern and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. Additionally, I appreciate that I was able to get a private taxi on the way there.
